Wellbeing Coaching

Wellbeing coaching offers you a safe, accepting and non-judgemental space, allowing you to share your thoughts and feelings and to gain greater awareness and clarity about how things are. From here we will find answers that are true for you and find solutions that are right for you.

This approach focuses on the here and now, while gaining an understanding of the impact of your past experiences, and working together through any blocks to create a fulfilling future. It is person-centred, meaning that it is tailored towards your needs, at a pace that is right for you and draws on different tools and techniques from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hynotherapy, EFT, Mindfulness and Life Coaching, applied as appropriate for you.

Through recognising and understanding our own experience of the world, we can cultivate a sense of self-acceptance and compassion for ourselves, as well as others. From this point we can make positive changes within and undergo powerful transformation.

NLP – Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP is a set of concepts and techniques to understand and change human behaviour patterns.
Through understanding how we create our own experience of the world, we are able to make changes. NLP provides effective ways to work with the conscious and unconscious mind to resolve a range of issues.


Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnotic techniques for therapeutic purposes. It involves accessing a light, relaxed trance state, which we often naturally do in our daily lives. Our unconscious mind is responsible for around 93% of our behaviour. Through accessing a relaxed trance state the unconscious mind is more accessible and receptive to enabling the positive change you would like.

EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping

EFT is a simple yet effective stress-reduction technique that involves tapping on acupressure points mainly on the face and upper body (like acupuncture but without the needles), while acknowledging feelings, thoughts and physical sensations. This mind-body technique offers emotional and physical relief for the problem focused on and helps to change perceptions. It allows you to clear past experiences and to let go of limiting beliefs. It encourages a sense of self-acceptance and self-compassion, often bringing clarity and restoring a sense of balance and harmony to both the mind and body.


 Mindfulness incorporates practices that include present moment awareness, meditation and breathing exercises. It encourages us to pay attention to the present moment, rather than worrying about the past or future, and to let go of the negative thoughts that can tip us over into depression or anxiety. It also teaches awareness of our own body, helping us to identify problems before they take over. 

Life Coaching

 Life Coaching helps in identifying where you are, where you would like to be and finding steps to take you there. It helps to ensure that you are living a life aligned with your deepest and most strongly held values and in a way that feels right for you.
