How many sessions will I need?

In some cases change can happen quickly, however the speed of results will depend on the issue we are working on. I would expect a minimum of 6 sessions to be required initially, but real lasting change can take longer and be more gradual. The more you invest in the process the more worthwhile and lasting the results.

We can discuss this further at the initial consultation. Each appointment is booked in turn so there is no pressure to sign up to more than one at a time, unless you prefer to book a series of 6 sessions in advance.

Is it effective to work online rather than face to face?

I am very experienced in working this way and find it to be an effective way of working. It means that you can enjoy the benefits from the comfort of your own home or workplace. You will just need to ensure that you are in a private space where you are unlikely to be interrupted. We can use either Zoom or Skype.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once a session has been booked, I ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation by email or by phone.
