What is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is a mind and body based stress reduction technique that uses elements of cognitive therapy, along with the physical stimulation of selected acupuncture points on the face and upper body. It is often referred to as ‘Tapping’ as the acupuncture points are gently tapped with the fingertips.

How can it help?

EFT Tapping helps us tune in to the negative patterns that we form around our uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or troubling memories. We ‘tap’ on the correct pressure points while bringing the thoughts or emotions into consciousness. The aim is to find relief, relaxation, and promote healing around the emotional or physical issues that hold us back.

This approach offers a simple, powerful and effective method for changing feelings and thoughts and relieving physical and emotional pain.
