I find it very meaningful to support others with their emotional, mental and physical wellbeing, as a Therapeutic Coach. 

I came to this work having experienced my own challenges relating to stress and anxiety, and their impact on my health. Through that experience, I became very interested in wellbeing, psychology and holistic healing therapies. This has led me towards living in a way that feels more peaceful, balanced and authentic to me. It also led me to train as a Therapeutic Coach.

Calm, warm and sensitive by nature; in working with clients, I am empathic and non-judgemental, skilled at listening, providing clarity and getting to the root of an issue. It is a privilege to help others to connect with themselves more fully, to feel more resourceful and to improve their sense of wellbeing.

Before this, I worked in the arts, on projects that facilitated creativity and large-scale cultural experiences. I have worked for different organisations in a variety of roles within the charity, public and educational sectors.

  • Certified and accredited NLP Master Practitioner & Hypnotherapist (BIH-NLP)
  • Certified and accredited EFT Practitioner (EFT International)
  • Certified and accredited MBCT Practitioner (EFT & Mindfulness Centre)
  • Diploma in NLP, Hypnotherapy & Life Coaching

I love to learn and as part of my ongoing professional development, I have also undertaken courses in: Counselling and Listening Skills, Advanced EFT Techniques, Focusing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Practical Philosophy. I have assisted on Therapeutic Coaching Training courses, as well as courses for Confidence Building and Anxiety Management (Herts Mind Network).

Professional Associations

I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am a member EFT International (EFTi, formerly AAMET) and a licentiate member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP (BIH-NLP). I adhere to their ethical guidelines and codes of conduct and I undertake clinical supervision to support me in supporting others.

I am listed on The Life Coach Directory, Welldoing.org, and am an approved registered practitioner with Frankie Health.
