I am a fully certified and accredited NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist (British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP), EFT Practitioner (EFT International) and MBCT Practitioner (EFT & Mindfulness Centre).

In experiencing my own life challenges, I became very interested in well-being and alternative healing therapies. Through this transformative experience I found my way towards living a more balanced, authentic and fulfilling life. In 2015, I decided to train as a Therapeutic Coach and gained a diploma in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching, also qualifying as an EFT practitioner. Then as a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy practitioner. I now work using the same powerful tools that have helped me to regain my sense of wellbeing, which are applicable to a wide range of issues and I believe are beneficial for everyone, at any stage of life.

As part of my ongoing professional development, I have undertaken courses in: Mindfulness, Focusing, Counselling and Listening Skills, Advanced EFT Techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Practical Philosophy and have assisted on Therapeutic Coaching Training courses and courses for Confidence Building and Anxiety Management (Herts Mind Network).

Prior to this I worked in project and event management within the field of the arts, enjoying working in a cultural environment, facilitating artistic expression and creativity.

Calm and sensitive by nature, my approach is empathic and non-judgemental. I aim to create a safe space, within which you will feel comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings, so that we can work together collaboratively to find solutions that work for you.

I find it a real privilege to help others to to reconnect with themselves, to feel more resourceful and to improve their sense of wellbeing and enjoyment of life.

I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am a member EFT International (EFTi, formerly AAMET) and a licentiate member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP (BIH-NLP). I adhere to their ethical guidelines and codes of conduct and I undertake clinical supervision to support me in supporting others.
